Does Fraction work in any DAW?

Yes. Fraction works in any DAW that supports VST3 or AU formats, including FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Studio One, GarageBand and more...

How much space Disk Space do I need to Install Fraction?

The factory expansion content that comes with your purchase contains all sounds and presets for Fraction. Minimum required disk space: 51.4 GB You will receive a 25.7 GB ZIP file + VST3 and AU installers.

Can I use my Fraction License on my laptop and studio PC?

Yes! You can activate Fraction on up to 3 of your own devices per license. If we detect unusual activity or the license being shared and used from locations that aren’t recognized as your own devices, it may result in the license being restricted to a single active device.

What does the XY Pad in the middle do?

Left and Right (X) blends between sound layer A and B while Up and Down (Y)is split into two sections: 

Up and down in the first bottom half of the XY Pad, controls the dry and wet of the effects in the effects page
Up and down in the second top half of the XY Pad, controls the strength of the LFOs being applied to the Filter in the advanced page.

Are future updates free?

Yes. Fraction is a one-time payment and any future updates will be totally free for registered users. Every future update of Fraction, comes with new expansions, new presets and sounds completely for free as well. So your Factory Library will grow and grow with time.

Does Fraction require an iLok or any external license management system?

No. Fraction uses a simple license code activation - the moment you open up Fraction after installing, it asks you for your License Code and your Email you provided during checkout.
